When I decided that it was time for me to jump on the band wagon, like most woman my age, and join the gym, I was very misguided and didn’t know where to begin. I never had reason to work out until I hit the ripe age of 30 and noticed that my body was changing. When I made the decision to make this important transition everyone was trying to tell me what methods were better than others, what gym routines that I needed to do, what to eat, how much cardio I needed to do, and so one and so forth. She takes the time to teach you about your body and exercises that will suit you so that you may see better results. Many times when I feel like my body can’t take anymore she gives me that extra push to keep going.
As a result of her training, not only have I lost pounds and inches and gained muscles mass, but she has restored in me that sense of the “Yes I can!” attitude. I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer whose knowledge and experience definitely shows and proves in her work out plan and techniques.
